  • Support planning and coordinating for internal projects and bench time.
  • Interface with CRM data (specifically Hubspot) to extract relevant information and build custom reports to support resource planning and forecasting.
  • Establish and maintain projects within Harvest, ensuring accurate assignment of resources and supporting timely time sheet completion and review
  • Design, develop, and maintain various reports and dashboards, leveraging tools such as Looker, Excel, or Google Sheets to provide actionable insights.
  • Proactively analyze casting data to identify trends, potential bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Demonstrate strong project management acumen in organizing resources, anticipating potential challenges, and ensuring efficient allocation across projects.
  • Remain adaptable and adjust resource plans in response to evolving project needs and new information, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Perform data cleanup, data organization, and data audits within Harvest, Hubspot, and other Livefront tools.

Why you should apply

  • You enjoy a variety of activities that all roll up to the same business priorities.

  • You believe in sweating the details, committing to quality, and taking pride in going the extra mile.

What you bring to the table

  • Proven experience in resource management, project coordination, or a similar operational role within a consulting or professional services environment.
