The Role
As a Resourcing Management Specialist, you will play a key role in aligning talent supply with business demand. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure optimal allocation of resources, support workforce planning, and contribute to a high-performing, adaptable workforce.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end resource allocation to ensure effective utilisation across projects and teams
  • Partner with business stakeholders to forecast resourcing needs and identify gaps
  • Monitor capacity, utilisation, and workforce trends to support decision-making
  • Maintain accurate resourcing data and reporting to inform strategic planning
  • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to support hiring and onboarding activities

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in resource management, workforce planning, or a related HR function
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in workforce planning or resourcing tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
