About This Role

The Revenue Intelligence Operations Manager serves as a strategic partner to Marketing leadership, delivering accurate reporting, forecasting, and business insights that drive data-informed decisions. This role owns executive reporting frameworks, forecasting processes, and data governance while collaborating across Marketing, SDR, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Data teams.

What You'll DoExecutive Reporting & Insights
  • Own the CMO Scorecard, including KPI governance, reporting delivery, enhancements, and executive narratives.
  • Deliver actionable insights on marketing performance, pipeline health, funnel conversion, and ROI.
  • Translate complex data into recommendations for senior leadership.
Forecasting & Revenue Intelligence
  • Lead global marketing and SDR forecasting, including model design, consolidation, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
  • Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to improve forecast accuracy and planning.
  • Develop scalable forecasting frameworks and performance measurement models.
Data Operations & Governance
  • Ensure scorecard accuracy, metric integrity, data freshness, and reporting consistency.
  • Establish reporting standards and governance processes across marketing performance metrics.
  • Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues.
Automation & Analytics
  • Drive reporting automation and scalable analytics solutions using SQL, Python, Databricks, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to enhance reporting infrastructure and self-service capabilities.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Marketing leadership on performance trends and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, SDR, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data teams to align metrics and reporting.
  • Mentor analysts and promote best practices in analytics and reporting.
What You'll BringTechnical Skills
  • Advanced SQL and strong Python skills for analytics, automation, and reporting.
  • Experience with Databricks, cloud data environments, and business intelligence tools.
  • Expertise in executive reporting, KPI development, and data governance.
Business & Leadership Skills
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to translate analytics into business recommendations.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and leading cross-functional initiatives.
Forecasting & Operations Expertise
  • Experience developing forecasting models, scorecards, and performance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnel metrics, pipeline analytics, and revenue operations.
  • Expertise in variance analysis, trend identification, and business performance reporting.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Revenue Intelligence, Marketing Operations, Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership through forecasting, reporting, and strategic insights.

Compensation Transparency

Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.

In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.
