Your Impact

The Revenue Operations Analyst supports the Revenue Operations team's mission of optimizing the quote-to-cash process, enhancing customer satisfaction, and improving the overall employee experience at DISCO. They contribute directly to operational excellence and the company's growth trajectory.

What You'll Do
  • Streamline Quote-to-Cash Process: Develops and implements new processes to enhance the quote-to-cash lifecycle, focusing on tasks that will be automated in the future. Participates in daily deal-flow standups, providing updates and insights on contracts and deal statuses. Performs manual data entry for new contracts and ensures accurate mapping in internal systems.
  • Operational Support and Data Accuracy: Audits product/feature toggles and ensure data accuracy within the CRM system. Verifies and updates information in the CRM to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Supports operationalizing price increases, bannering, suspensions, and standardized client reporting.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Works closely with cross-functional teams like Customer Success, Marketing, Professional Services, Accounting/Billing, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, and Legal to provide seamless back-office support.
Who You Are
  • 1-2+ years of experience in operations, finance, or a related area, with exposure to the quote-to-cash process
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and a willingness to learn new technologies
  • A problem-solver who can identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements

  • Experience at a SaaS or technology-focused company
  • Interested in process automation and operational excellence
