About the Role
The Revenue Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering the Flow experience from the very first interaction. As one of the first points of contact for prospective neighbors, this role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound prospect communications, guiding applicants through the leasing funnel, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience from inquiry to move-in. Working remotely in close collaboration with on-site leasing teams, you'll help drive occupancy while upholding the people-first standard that defines life at Flow.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume CRM with inbound prospect calls, emails, and inquiries — responding with professionalism, warmth, and urgency.
- Guide prospective neighbors through the leasing funnel with consistent follow-up, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to finding them the right home.
- Process and review rental applications accurately, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with leasing requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual property tours, maintaining an efficient calendar for on-site leasing teams.
- Support virtual tour and online leasing processes, helping prospects navigate digital tools with ease.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in property management software, ensuring all activity is logged daily and all proper steps are followed.
- Partner with on-site leasing staff to ensure seamless communication and a consistent resident experience across every touchpoint.
- Perform administrative tasks related to leasing and property management to keep operations running smoothly.
Ideal Background
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with AI-powered leasing, workflows, or communications tools preferred
- CRM, leasing/property management, customer service, or auditing experience a plus
- Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Yardi and Blue Moon preferred
- Proficiency in property management software and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
