As SheerID’s Revenue Operations, GTM Systems Architect, you’ll design, build, and automate the technology ecosystem that powers our go-to-market (GTM) teams.

This role sits at the intersection of systems architecture, data automation, and revenue strategy — connecting tools, reducing manual work, and enabling our GTM engine to scale efficiently through AI and automation.

You’ll partner closely with our Revenue Operations team, GTM leaders, and cross functional teams to ensure our systems, data, and processes are seamlessly aligned.

You’ll be both a hands-on builder and a strategic systems thinker — bridging technical depth with business impact. This is a strategic leadership role for a next generation Salesforce administrator or system engineer ready to extend their reach across the full GTM tech stack and shape how automation and AI fuel our revenue growth.

Role Specific Job Duties:

  • Own the design, testing, and iteration of automation systems that scale pipeline generation (e.g. increased conversion rates, increased “speed to conversion”, reduced time/effort per SQO)
  • Discover new ways to access, connect, and activate new data sets – both internal and external – to create new methods of generating and converting new and expansion pipeline and churn signals.
  • Accelerate revenue team efficiency through AI & automation to expedite repeatable workstreams – including prospect and customer research, call prep, streamlined handoffs - and maximize teams time on highest value revenue generating activities.
  • Develop and manage data flows between systems to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and accessibility for reporting and insights.
  • Scope and implement next-gen tools (e.g., AI copilots, Slack/Gemini agents) that enhance productivity and data enrichment.
  • Act as technical owner of Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, automation, and permission sets and be our first point of contact system users to resolve support tickets - resolving in a way that focuses on long term impact vs. short term triaging.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Deal Desk to architect scalable quote-to-cash workflows.
  • Partner with the Revenue Analyst and BI Manager to align system data models and ensure consistent metric definitions across platforms.
  • Leverage AI to automate repetitive workflows, enrich ICP data, and drive rep efficiency.
  • Serve as liaison between the GTM, IT, and Security teams to ensure data compliance, access controls, and system security.
  • Owner of the design, build, maintenance, and documentation of Salesforce ecosystem as our Sole Salesforce Administrator.

Required Skills / Experience:

  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience designing and deploying automation, AI, and/or ML systems in a GTM context (prospecting, forecasting, coaching, data enrichment).
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Lightning configuration, automation (Flows), and permission/role design, and security measures.
  • Strong technical background integrating Systems of Record (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo), Systems of Action (e.g. Make, Slack), and Systems of Intelligence (e.g. Looker) to drive tech stack ROI and efficiency.
  • Understanding of GTM processes and KPIs across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance with a curiosity and fluency in emerging AI and automation technologies (e.g., Gemini, OpenAI tools, Slack AI).
  • Strong project management skills and strategic mindset with a builders bias and the ability to translate strategic GTM objectives into technical execution.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, driving adoption of new systems and workflows, and using metrics/outcomes to optimize.
  • A software engineering mindset: rigorous about testing, observability, data hygiene, and iteration cycles.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple competing priorities.

Preferred Experience:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (advanced certifications a plus).
  • Experience with Gong, ZoomInfo, Zapier.
  • Experience supporting global GTM teams across EMEA and AMER.
  • Familiarity with Looker or other BI visualization tools.
  • Exposure to governance, compliance, and InfoSec processes within SaaS organizations.

Performance Indicators

  • Reduction of Non-Revenue Generating Activities (NRGA) across the GTM teams.
  • Increase Rep Productivity by increasing unique prospects engaged through AI-powered prospecting.
  • Increased system reliability and data trust across Salesforce and connected platforms.
  • High satisfaction scores from GTM stakeholders on system usability and visibility.
