ABOUT LIVEFLOW

We are building the next-generation accounting and finance platform to enable lean finance teams to run massive enterprises.

We have raised over $21M from top-tier investors including: YC, YC Continuity, Valar Seedcamp, WndrCo, Moonfire, Bradley Horowitz (VP Product, Google) and more.

We are helping thousands of companies to streamline their financial workflows and we have hundreds of 5/5 ratings on G2.

Our founding team previously worked at Europe's fastest growing fintech, Revolut.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll have the unique opportunity to scale an advanced RevOps program. You'll be the architect of a powerful revenue machine that will propel LiveFlow to new heights.

You will work hand-in-hand with the COO and play a pivotal role in crafting and executing a best-in-class RevOps strategy.

You will love this role if you thrive on end-to-end ownership, enjoy having lots of autonomy, and get excited about building RevOps from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead operational and strategic initiatives, translating data into actionable recommendations.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis to optimize sales productivity, customer segmentation, and unit economics.

  • Build and scale data models to support go-to-market planning and execution.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities and develop business cases.

Ideal candidates will be:
  • Growth-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.

  • Experienced in CRM management and data analysis.

  • Proven ability to structure complex problems and deliver actionable insights.

  • Effective communicators capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.

What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience: Minimum 1 year in a high-growth tech environment, ideally scaling startups from $5M to $50M ARR.

  • Analytical expertise: Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail. Deep understanding of the entire sales funnel.

  • Data-driven decision-making: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and influence key stakeholders.

  • Salesforce mastery: Advanced Salesforce reporting and utilization.

  • Modeling proficiency: Expert-level Excel skills and experience building complex models.

  • Business acumen: Fluency in analyzing key metrics (e.g., unit economics, churn, LTV, customer satisfaction) to drive growth and optimization.

Who you are:
  • You move fast - you make decisions with limited information and iterate.

  • You love being in a high-velocity, high-accountability environment.

  • You take extreme ownership. If something is broken, you fix it without waiting to be asked.

  • You operate with urgency and thrive when juggling multiple priorities.

  • You prefer action over meetings, scrappiness over perfection.

  • You’re hungry - you want to build, improve, and push for outcomes, not just maintain processes.

Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary + commission (if applicable)

  • Substantial equity package

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Commuter benefits

  • 401(k)

  • All the latest tech you need; MacBooks, monitors, etc.

  • Monthly budget to spend on books and conferences to keep learning

  • 28 days paid vacation

Interview Process:
  1. Intro Call

  2. Take home exercise

  3. Career History Interview

  4. Final interview

Sounds like something for you? Then, we would love to hear from you.
