We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Revenue Operations Specialist that will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations. An expert in HubSpot administration, the ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to optimize our marketing and sales processes, strategy, and enhance overall performance. They are excited to work alongside marketing, sales, and customer success to build, improve, and deliver operational excellence to the revenue operations function at Liquibase.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Campaign Operations Management: Own operational support for our marketing campaigns including forms, landing pages, and automation setup
  • HubSpot Ecosystem Optimization: Manage and enhance our HubSpot implementation across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs, implementing best practices for maximum ROI
  • Advanced Automation Development: Design, build, and maintain complex automation workflows using HubSpot and Tray.ai to eliminate manual tasks around our sales and post-sale processes, reduce human error, and create seamless handoff between sales and customer success
  • Systems Integration Architecture: Implement robust integrations between all platforms in our GTM tech stack to create a unified data ecosystem, streamline cross-platform data syncs, and enable seamless process flow across our entire marketing and sales technology landscape
  • Data Hygiene & Governance: Implement comprehensive data standards, cleansing routines, and maintenance protocols to ensure data quality across all revenue systems

Must Haves:

  • 3-5 years of experience with HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
  • Demonstrated expertise with Tray.ai for complex workflow automation and system integration
  • Strong technical background in data management with focus on data cleansing, enrichment, and governance
  • Experience designing and implementing cross-platform integrations
  • Track record of successfully automating complex business processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Located in the Unites States
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
