Summary:

The Revenue Operations Specialist will focus on executing operational policy adherence accurately, and efficiently. Additionally, they’ll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to provide support, evaluate rules of engagement, and aggregate decision making data to present solutions.  Provide insights to improve efficiencies, and drive revenue generation across multiple lines of business 

Key Focuses:

  • Exercise independent judgment and knowledge of multiple processes to manage sales team requests, and resolve commission disputes submitted by Sales department members across multiple lines of business
  • Collect and organize information from various sources to implement new policies and processes
  • Exercise discretion in communicating and presenting recommended business process improvements and solutions and decision-making rationale in team and stakeholder meetings
  • Audit sales and service transactions to ensure rules of engagement were followed and proper commission amount is set to be paid
  • Interpret complex rules of engagement to resolve account ownership and sales attainment disputes
  • Document and communicate when interactions with customers fall below our company standards.
  • Educate and Inform the Sales team on current processes and collect feedback for future improvements
  • Regularly create, update and publish process documentation for sales 
  • Participate in projects to improve efficiency and revenue generation for the Sales, CS, and Operations departments.
  • Make recommendations on rules of engagement adjustments to optimize revenue for the business 
  • Provide additional support as needed to improve employee utilization and performance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • While this is a remote position, the working hours for this role are 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Arizona time (MST)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset and ability work with ambiguity and limited direction in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Google Suite products and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 
  • 1+ year in an Operations role
  • Project Management Experience
  • 6+ months of experience in a Quality Assurance role
  • Proven history of meeting deadlines and proactively communicating with clients/stakeholders

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $29.50/hr-$31.00/hr. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
