Restream is looking for a driven and ambitious Revenue Operations Specialist to join our Global Sales team based in Austin, Texas.

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day revenue operations across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance

  • Maintain clean, accurate data across our CRM and related business systems

  • Manage lead and account assignments, ownership updates, data audits, and routine system housekeeping

  • Support revenue-related workflows, documentation, approvals, and internal processes

  • Help prepare and maintain renewal documentation, order forms, and contract-related records

  • Track renewal dates and ensure renewal and new business information is accurate and up to date in the CRM

  • Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for pipeline activity, renewals, customer retention, and revenue performance

  • Support leadership with data gathering, reporting, and ad hoc analysis

  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that help teams work more efficiently

  • Assist with CRM updates, user administration, workflow changes, and system configuration requests

  • Support technology adoption, internal training, and documentation for go-to-market teams

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to improve operational alignment

  • Help develop and share best practices that improve the quality, consistency, and efficiency of our revenue processes

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, Sales Support, Business Operations, or a related role

  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar reporting tools

  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on operational tasks

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working across departments and supporting multiple internal stakeholders

  • A process-driven mindset with the ability to identify issues and help improve workflows

  • Experience supporting reporting, dashboards, data audits, or revenue-related processes

  • A proactive, resourceful approach to solving problems and improving how teams work

  • You enjoy creating structure and helping teams operate more efficiently

  • You are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working behind the scenes to keep things moving

  • You communicate clearly and work well with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and other internal teams

  • You are curious, proactive, and willing to dig into operational issues to understand what needs to improve

  • You care about building processes that help teams support customers, retain revenue, and grow the business
