Platform Optimization: Continuously enhance Ocra’s platform utilization, collaborating closely with product and technology teams to ensure operational effectiveness and scalability.
Reporting & Communication: Create clear, actionable reports and dashboards tailored to client objectives and internal stakeholders, clearly demonstrating ROI and revenue impacts.
Process Development: Implement best practices and SOPs to streamline operations, ensure consistency across accounts, and facilitate efficient client onboarding and support.
2+ years of direct experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or yield management, preferably within hospitality, parking, travel, or similar B2B industries.
Exceptional analytical skills with expertise in Excel, BI tools, and familiarity with pricing software.
Proven ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Demonstrated capability in scaling revenue management strategies from initial concept through broad implementation.
Experience with inventory and pricing management specifically in parking, hospitality, or mobility-related industries.
Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), or advanced data analytics tools.
Prior experience working in a managed service or client-facing analytics consulting role.
