About the Role

We're looking for a highly execution-oriented Revenue Systems & Operations Analyst to own the day-to-day administration, optimization, and evolution of our revenue technology stack.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role that will serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator and technical systems partner for our go-to-market organization. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Partnerships, 3PL, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to improve processes, automate workflows, and ensure our systems scale alongside the business.

You'll help translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, ensuring our CRM and connected platforms enable teams to move faster, make better decisions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

While Salesforce administration is the primary responsibility, we're also looking for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, building automations, and continuously improving the systems that support our revenue engine.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to grow beyond traditional Salesforce administration into Revenue Operations and RevTech architecture.

Location: Remote – North America

What You'll DoSalesforce Administration & Development
  • Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce CRM.

  • Design, configure, and maintain objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, flows, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.

  • Build and optimize automations using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and partner with internal stakeholders to resolve them quickly.

  • Manage user provisioning, security, roles, profiles, and permissions.

  • Ensure CRM data quality through governance, deduplication, and process improvements.

  • Help evaluate and implement new Salesforce features and capabilities.

Revenue Systems
  • Administer and optimize our broader revenue technology stack, including platforms such as:

    • HubSpot

    • Clay

    • Gong Engage

    • Similarweb

    • Chili Piper

    • Sweep

    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    • Coefficient

    • Sales engagement, enrichment, and automation platforms

    • Additional GTM technologies as our stack evolves

  • Maintain system integrations and troubleshoot data flow or synchronization issues between platforms.

  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders on system implementations, enhancements, and optimization projects.

  • Evaluate opportunities to consolidate, replace, or improve tools within the revenue technology stack.

  • Help ensure our systems work together as a cohesive and scalable revenue technology ecosystem.

Revenue Operations & Analytics
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, BDR, Customer Success, Partnerships, and 3PL leaders to improve workflows and operational efficiency.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.

  • Build reports and dashboards that provide actionable business insights.

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce operational friction.

  • Support territory management, lead routing, account assignment, and pipeline processes.

  • Document business processes and system configurations.

Continuous Improvement
  • Recommend improvements to our revenue technology ecosystem.

  • Stay current on Salesforce capabilities and RevTech best practices.

  • Assist with larger CRM enhancement projects, integrations, and future platform initiatives.

  • Contribute to long-term system architecture and scalability.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics,Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2–3 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related systems role.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.

  • Hands on experience configuring Salesforce using declarative tools including Flows, validation rules, page layouts, and automation.

  • Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, APIs, and/or JavaScript is a strong plus.

  • Experience working with revenue technology platforms such as HubSpot, Clay, Chili Piper, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, Similarweb, or related tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Passion for process improvement and building scalable systems.

Bonus Points
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification.

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.

  • Experience replacing manual processes with automation.

  • Commission execution experience.

  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS or ecommerce organizations.

  • Experience with AI workflow tools, automation platforms, or low-code/no-code solutions.

  • Familiarity with RevOps best practices and GTM process design.
