Revenue Operations Data Manager


About the Role


We're seeking a Revenue Operations Data Manager to drive data-driven decision-making across Accelerant. In this role, you'll be responsible for analyzing revenue performance, building actionable dashboards, and providing insights that optimize our go-to-market efficiency and growth.


Key Responsibilities


The Revenue Operations Data Manager will own revenue analytics and reporting infrastructure. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data insights, build and maintain critical dashboards that track key revenue metrics, and identify trends and opportunities in our counterparty lifecycle. You'll be responsible for ensuring data accuracy across our revenue tech stack, performing cohort analyses and forecasting to support strategic planning, and developing automated reporting solutions that reduce manual work. Additionally, you'll conduct deep-dive analyses on distribution productivity, pipeline health, and onboarding efficiency. You will support strategy development and measurement, and you will collaborate with finance on revenue recognition and bookings reconciliation.


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, finance, revenue operations, or business intelligence roles, preferably with experience within the insurance industry
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills, along with proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations is crucial, as is
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Most critically, we are looking for an intellectually curious teammate who will drive hypotheses through to conclusion.
