We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented RevOps Manager to support our Americas and Federal sales teams. This role will be a critical partner to regional sales leaders to help drive forecast accuracy, pipeline health, territory optimization, and operational execution across commercial and public sector markets. You’ll bridge field needs with systems, tools, and data to unlock growth, productivity, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Forecasting, Planning & Performance

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to manage and enhance weekly forecasting cadences (pipeline coverage, deal movement, risk analysis).
  • Drive quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and annual planning (capacity, territories, quota allocation, and attainment tracking).
  • Support Federal-specific planning cycles including year-end surge modeling, government fiscal calendar alignment, and compliance reporting.

Process Optimization & Execution

  • Drive scalable sales processes and playbooks for quote-to-cash, renewals, and partner-led motions.
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance to support complex deal structuring, especially for regulated and FedRamp-aligned accounts.
  • Improve deal velocity and reduce friction through better workflows, approvals, and CRM hygiene.

Data, Tools & Insights

  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to support proactive account management, whitespace targeting, and renewal health.
  • Leverage tools like Clari, Outreach, Gong, and Tableau to provide visibility into seller activity and performance.
  • Support pricing analysis, discount trends, and Federal contract adherence (e.g., GSA, NASA SEWP, etc.).

Stakeholder Alignment & Collaboration

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Enablement, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure alignment around go-to-market goals.
  • Serve as the operational voice for Federal sales in company-wide initiatives—helping localize global programs to US government requirements.
  • Support enablement of new reps, partners, and cross-functional teams with onboarding content, playbooks, and training paths.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy roles, ideally in high-growth SaaS or technology environments.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics/reporting platforms (Clari, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience with CPQ tools, approval workflows, and quote deal desk operations a plus.
  • Ability to translate ambiguity into scalable processes and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • US Citizenship required (with no dual citizenship)
