We're builders, problem solvers, and lifelong learners who believe great outcomes come from curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. If you're excited by meaningful challenges, continuous growth, and helping shape what's next, we'd love to meet you. If you are obsessed with HubSpot, are a process magician, and are excited about driving revenue strategy and success for your clients, then this role might be for you!!!

Our RevOps Strategists coordinate with their partners and are responsible for developing the revenue strategy through go-to-market segmentation & operational improvements. They then deliver on that strategy to their partners.

  • Organize: Build, execute, and lead operational improvements that help partners optimize their go-to-market segmentation, operations, and numerous business improvement initiatives that support and enable their growth

  • Improve: Analyze existing data and map out partner workflows across marketing, sales, and service to build a gap analysis & prioritize revenue plays

  • Empower: Lead your partners in our mission to help develop and deliver Go-to-Market strategies with excellent project management & timely execution.

  • Lead: Drive organizational change management- engage with senior stakeholders and own delivery on key projects to move the organization forward

👉🏻Success for a RevOps Strategist is measured by your ability to deliver measurable revenue impact by developing and executing strategic operational improvements, driving successful partner outcomes, and leading projects that improve marketing, sales, and service performance

Who You Are - This opportunity is for you if you have/can:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in relevant sales and marketing operations roles with high-growth companies OR Minimum of 3 years in a Professional Services delivery role (functional, technical, or project/program management)

  • Communication: Able to command a meeting, lead the conversation, communicate clearly, and drive stakeholders to decisions.

  • Curate: Map out partner processes across marketing, sales, and service to build a gap analysis & prioritize revenue plays

  • Strategy: You can take a complex problem, break it down into its smaller parts, and work systematically to find a solution. If the zombie apocalypse hits, people want you on "their end of time" team because you "get stuff done"

  • Drive: Define and manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), driving insights to develop and deliver revenue strategies on a plate. Can take down KingKong with strategy and Godzilla with tactics. You have an unnatural combination of strategy with tactics.

  • Management: Proven project and organizational management experience; engage with senior stakeholders and own delivery on key projects to move the organization forward

How You Operate:

  • Develop & Execute Strategy: Build and deliver data-driven RevOps strategies that align marketing, sales, and service to drive partner growth.
