Location: Must be available onsite in Washington, DC as required (hybrid: 50% on-site, 50% remote).

Citizenship: US Citizen (MUST)

Role Summary:

The Risk, Compliance, and QA Specialist is accountable for ensuring the ICAM program’s security, policy, and legal compliance. This SME delivers robust quality assurance, manages risk across all program phases, and implements best practices for incident response and continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor compliance frameworks (e.g., JISF, NIST 800-53, FISMA).
  • Oversee QA/testing plans for deliverables to ensure consistency, completeness, and security compliance.
  • Manage audit activities, vulnerability reporting, and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure program delivers consistent and robust identity services aligned with Judiciary needs and federal regulations.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT, Law, or related.
  • 8–12 years’ experience in risk, compliance, quality assurance, or federal IT security.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or CIPP/G preferred.
  • Demonstrated history of implementing compliance frameworks and leading QA efforts in federal identity/security programs.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Tenable/Nessus or Qualys to interpret scan results for ICAM assets.
