One of Pine's portfolio companies is growing — and they're looking for a Project Manager who knows how to move. This isn't a role for someone who manages tasks on a spreadsheet and calls it a day. They need someone who can own the full lifecycle of a Sage Intacct implementation: setting expectations, running the process, holding timelines, and making sure every client crosses the go-live line with confidence.

If you've managed ERP implementations before, you know the stakes. You know the gap between a smooth go-live and a chaotic one comes down to how well someone runs the project from day one. That's you.

What You'll Do

    • Own the end-to-end project management of Sage Intacct implementations — from kickoff through go-live and handoff to support

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation, managing communication, expectations, and escalations

    • Build and maintain project plans, milestones, and resource schedules in coordination with consultants, developers, and client stakeholders

    • Facilitate discovery sessions and requirements gathering to ensure project scope is clearly defined and agreed upon before work begins

    • Track project health across budget, timeline, and scope — and proactively raise flags before small issues become big problems

    • Coordinate internal resources across consulting, configuration, data migration, and training workstreams

    • Drive client readiness for go-live: user acceptance testing (UAT), training coordination, cutover planning, and post-launch stabilization

    • Maintain accurate project documentation including status reports, risk logs, and change orders

    • Contribute to internal process improvement efforts as the delivery practice scales

What We're Looking For

    Required

    • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally within ERP implementation or enterprise software delivery

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without dropping the ball

    • Strong client-facing communication skills — you can translate technical complexity into clear, confident language

    • Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of creating structure where there isn't any

    • Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and keeping diverse stakeholders aligned

    •

      Nice to Have

      • Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct or another cloud-based ERP platform (NetSuite, Acumatica, Dynamics 365, etc.)

      • Background in accounting, finance, or working alongside accounting teams

      • Familiarity with project management tools such as Rocketlane, Asana, Monday.com, or similar

      • PMP or other project management certification

      • Experience in a consulting or VAR environment
