About the Role

Bentley Laboratories is seeking a Sales Account Coordinator to support the Sales team through administrative, operational, and account coordination activities. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in sales and account management while working closely with customers and cross-functional teams. The position plays a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and the smooth execution of commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Support

  • Support the Sales team with day-to-day account coordination and administrative activities.
  • Prepare quotations, timelines, customer documentation, and other sales materials.
  • Process and track customer requests, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
  • Coordinate sample requests, product information, and technical documentation with internal teams.
  • Serve as a primary contact for routine customer inquiries and project updates.
  • Assist with new customer onboarding and account setup.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Operations, Planning, R&D, Regulatory, and other departments to support customer projects and timelines.
  • Prepare for customer meetings, business reviews, trade shows, and commercial events.
  • Support additional sales and customer service initiatives as needed.

Success in this role means delivering responsive customer support, maintaining accurate account information, coordinating effectively across departments, and ensuring customer requests are completed accurately and on time. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Science, Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the beauty, personal care, CPG, manufacturing, or B2B industries.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.

Position Location

  • 50 Clearview Road, Edison, NJ

Physical Demands

  • Occasional standing, walking, and sitting.

Compensation

  • $55,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
