Why Should You Apply

We are disrupting real estate - the largest asset class in the world. We have a clear & immediate goal to reach our next ARR milestone and raise a Series A round in the next 4 months by closing roughly 50–60 new deals as fast as possible. Beyond that, we’re targeting 1,000+ paying customers over the next 3–5 years. To hit these milestones, we need someone who can pick up the phone immediately, cold call relentlessly, book demos, and convert opportunities into signed contracts. Our ICP are real estate brokers and team leaders. They understand cold calls because that's how they built their business. This is not a “build-it-and-wait” scenario: it’s full-throttle sales, day one. If you thrive in “brute force” early-stage environments and love the thrill of exceeding stretch targets, this is your playground.

What You’ll Do

  • Hit the Ground Running: Immediately begin prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, DMs, etc.) to reach decision-makers at brokerages and team leaders. Your focus: book and run demos, overcome objections, and close deals.
  • Brute-Force to hit our ARR goal: Target 50–60 new deals in the next 4 months. You’ll need creativity, grit, and a data-driven mindset to analyze and optimize outreach sequences and conversion rates.
  • Be a Problem Solver & Proactive Operator: Don’t wait for instructions — identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement process improvements on the fly.
  • Embrace Long Hours & Fast Pivots: Early-stage life comes with highs, occasional all-hands sprints, and big wins. You should be energized, not deterred, by that pace.
  • Build & Scale the Engine: Once you’ve proven the approach, help recruit and train additional sales teammates so we can scale beyond your own pipeline.

Who You Are

  • Hungry & Ambitious: You crave big goals and thrive under pressure. You measure yourself by output and results, not just activity.
  • SaaS/Tech Sales Experience: 1–3 years (or more) in B2B SaaS or tech sales, ideally selling technology to business decision-makers. Real estate tech experience is a plus, but proven ability to sell software/technology is more essential.
  • Real Estate Experience is a plus, but not essential.
  • Team Player & Builder: You love collaborating with founders, marketing, product, and customer success. You think in processes, not just individual transactions.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: You spot issues before they become blockers, propose solutions, and take ownership of execution. You don’t wait for someone else to fix something.

  • Excellent Communicator: Confident on cold calls, Zoom demos, and in written communications (emails, LinkedIn InMails, etc.). You tailor your style to different personas (e.g., brokers vs. team leaders).
  • Resilient & Growth Mindset: Thick skin for rejection, eagerness to learn from feedback, and hunger to continuously improve your approach.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Base + Aggressive Incentives: A competitive salary that reflects your experience, plus accelerators/commissions for over-achievement.
  • Equity: You’re joining as a core early contributor—you’ll share in the upside as we grow.
  • Founder Access & Visibility: Direct line to founders and investors; your insights shape our strategy and product.
  • Flexible Work: Remote-friendly
  • High-Impact Culture: We move fast, execute relentlessly, and celebrate wins as a team. No bureaucracy, just results.
  • Health Insurance & Benefits

How to Apply

Please submit your application to [email protected]

  1. Your Resume / LinkedIn Profile
  2. A Short Cover Note that addresses these two questions (we’ll use your answers to gauge your strategic thinking and approach, please do not use AI to draft your responses): Imagine you’ve just joined Agently. Our immediate goal is to bring in 50 new deals within 4 months. How would you approach this? Outline briefly your action plan, focusing on the concrete steps you’d take to get in front of team leaders and brokers and convert them into paying customers.
  3. Examples of Past Success You are Most proud of: Briefly share a relevant highlight—e.g., how you closed a challenging deal or scaled outreach in a prior SaaS/tech role.

Next Steps

After reviewing applications, we’ll schedule a brief online meeting to discuss your background and your responses to the questions above. If it’s a match, we’ll invite you to the second session where we will dive into specifics, role-play scenarios, and discuss any final questions. After the second call, you can expect a swift decision from us. We value your time and aim to move quickly.
