BizFirst is seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager to accelerate our growth in the Enterprise sector. This role primarily involves nurturing existing accounts and cultivating new relationships within small and medium-sized businesses focused on the civilian government sectors. If you possess a zeal for sales, a strong understanding of the Enterprise, and a background in recruitment or consulting, this could be your next big opportunity! (This is a remote position).

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Foster enduring customer relationships by addressing problems and exceeding expectations.
  • Propel new business through strategic prospecting and leads.
  • Formulate a plan to meet and surpass quota, aiming for year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales efforts around implementation, delivery, troubleshooting, reporting, and optimization.
  • Stay abreast of trends within recruiting, civilian government hiring, and digital engagement.
  • Align sales efforts around long-term customer needs and BizFirst's capability to meet current and future demands.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management within the Enterprise sector is preferred (experience in recruitment or consulting is a plus).
  • Proficient in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • A consistent history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to forecast accurately and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Experience with Zoho (or other CRM), Microsoft Office is required.
  • Aptitude to establish contact, build trust, and nurture relationships.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented.

Benefits:

  • Salary range for this position: $78,000 - $117,500 based on experience and qualifications.
  • Total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s) based on eligibility.
  • BizFirst adheres to all local wage and hour laws.
  • Remote work
