Position Summary:
  • The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts for memory products, including DRAM, NAND, and related solutions. Responsibilities include business development, revenue generation, forecast management, analysis of market competitiveness, and price negotiation.  A strong sense of account ownership is essential as well as a proven record of exceeding sales targets and developing new opportunities.  A background of selling technology-based products to OEM customers and experience in selling memory products is preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all commercial matters related to the company’s DRAM/NAND products
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets
  • Understand customer needs and be able to anticipate, act on, track, and communicate these needs efficiently and effectively
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and volume negotiations in alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, including headquarters, operations, and engineering teams, to ensure execution excellence
  • Drive demand forecasting, quarterly volume planning, and backlog management in collaboration with customers and internal teams
  • Monitor market trends, customer roadmaps, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and potential risks
  • Support management with business reviews, pipeline updates, and strategic account planning
  • Prepare, facilitate, and present at customer meetings
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • 7+ years of sales or account management, with direct exposure to DRAM and/or NAND products strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of memory market dynamics, pricing models, and supply-demand cycles
  • Proven experience managing strategic accounts and complex commercial negotiations
  • Strong communication, presentation, and account team management skills
  • Ability to plan and execute at both the strategic and operational levels.  
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills
