JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, Generation & Sales Acquisition: Acquire new Pay TV subscribers and upsell/cross sell existing subscribers through various value-added services. Demonstrate success in exceeding sales targets for all product using consultative, solution focused sales approach.
- Sales Activities: Participating in all activities planned by Sales Manager through door-to-door activities, appointments, High Traffics Outlet promo booth, events, cold calling & online initiatives to obtain potential referral solicitation in assigned territory.
- Leads Management: Effectively register customer leads into sales tool portal and effectively follow up on the obtained leads for sales conversion/activation.
- Customer Experience: Ensure prompt fulfilment and maintain good relationship with stakeholders/subscribers. Effectively follow up with internal stake holders to make sure a sold product / service is delivered to customer within the promised timeline.
- Sales Compliance: Comply to ALL company’s procedures and booking policies.
- Innovativeness: Effectively learn new skills and knowledge in handling new approach/enablers introduced by the organization from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree
- Experience in service related industries
- Sales background from FMCG or Direct Sales companies
- Good communication skills. Ability to speak and write good Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Familiar with area of operation
