GGWP is an AI-powered trust & safety platform that helps developers build healthy, thriving gaming communities. Our platform moderates chat, voice, and player behavior across millions of interactions in real time—empowering studios to focus on great gameplay while we ensure fairness, safety, and positive player experiences.

We partner with major gaming companies and developer platforms like Unity (Vivox), Tencent Games, Scopely, Nexon, and Another Axiom to protect players and enhance community health at scale.

We’re looking for a high-energy, Europe-based Sales & Business Development Manager to drive GGWP’s growth across the region. This role blends strategic sales execution with hands-on relationship building—representing GGWP at industry events, identifying new opportunities, and helping developers adopt the next generation of AI-driven community management tools.

This person will serve as GGWP’s go-to commercial lead in EMEA, responsible for both new customer acquisition and regional revenue growth.

What we are looking for:

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation to close—across PC, console, VR, and mobile studios throughout EMEA
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets through both direct and partner-led deals.
  • Identify and close high-value opportunities within major publishers, live service studios, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop regional sales forecasts, maintain pipeline accuracy, and report regularly on performance metrics.

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Build and nurture relationships with game studios, platforms, and ecosystem partners (e.g. middleware, community tools, voice providers).
  • Scout and close strategic integrations or partnership opportunities that expand GGWP’s footprint.
  • Represent GGWP at industry events such as Gamescom, Develop: Brighton, Pocket Gamer Connects, and local dev meetups.
  • Contribute local market insights to shape go-to-market strategy, pricing, and product localization.

Evangelism & Thought Leadership

  • Act as a visible advocate for healthy online communities and AI-powered trust & safety solutions.
  • Present GGWP’s mission and solutions on panels, in partner webinars, and in direct developer engagements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure regional feedback informs roadmap and messaging.
  • A positive attitude, and a growth mindset.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 5–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or gaming industry sales, ideally selling into game studios or publishers.
  • Proven success closing six-figure+ deals and managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales.
  • Established network across European game developers, publishers, and middleware partners.
  • Deep understanding of live service games, player community management, or online safety is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to operate autonomously across time zones.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable representing GGWP at conferences and client meetings.
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and occasionally to the US for company events or strategy sessions
Why Join GGWP:
  • Join a fast-growing, mission-driven company redefining online player safety.
  • Work alongside industry veterans (including Dennis “Thresh” Fong) and top-tier AI engineers.
  • Competitive salary, commission structure, and stock options.
  • Flexible, remote-first culture with opportunities to travel and represent GGWP globally.
Success in the First 6 Months:
  • Build a qualified pipeline of studios and platforms across EMEA.
  • Represent GGWP at at least one major European gaming event per quarter (e.g., Gamescom, Nordic Game).
  • Close initial new logo deals and establish a strong regional presence.
  • Provide market feedback to guide product and partnership strategy.
