Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our 4DS family. The job's main duties include reaching out to potential customers in a certain area, and selling our products and solutions. In order to better understand the market situation, this role also requires travel within the States when needed. A good fit for this position should have background in sales and skills in developing new customers.

Job Requirements

  • Oversee potential market in a given area.
  • Service existing clients, close deals, and establish new clients by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients
  • Ensure company policies align with and advance business objectives
  • Open up new markets and develop new customers within target areas by cold calling and onsite visit
  • Research for new customers based on existing customer relationships
  • Maintain positive client and vendor relationships
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
  • Perform other duties as needed
  • Compensation Structure: Base Salary + Sales Commission

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, project management, or related field
  • 2-3 years’ experience in sales preferred
  • Available for business travel within the States.
  • Experience in cold-calls and market research is preferred.
  • Excellent communicator both orally and written in English
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus
  • Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability.
