Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to help support our project managers, operation team members.

You will assist with a variety of tasks across data entry, operations, and general business administration. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Defining and documenting business processes.
* Creating charts and graphics of data for reporting purposes.
* Working with project management tools. 
* Assisting the lead generation team and other members as needed.
* Assisting with a variety of tasks across data entry, operations, and general business administration.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
* Being punctual and quick to respond and communicate on a daily basis.
* Ability to organize and multitask successfully.
* Basic knowledge of business procedures and strategies.
* Demonstrable experience with data analysis and research.
* Great planning abilities.
* Incredibly fast learner.
