Sales Consultant - South Houston (Texas City, League City, Friendswood, Alvin, Dickenson, La Marque, Hitchcock)

Location: Texas City, TX.

As a Sales Consultant at Imagination Homes, you’ll guide customers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives: choosing their new home! You’ll build relationships, create value, and deliver a home-buying experience that’s as smooth and rewarding as the homes we build.

What You'll Do:

• Sell and close new homes to meet or exceed Imagination Homes’ standards and performance goals
• Build value in our homes by understanding customer needs, demonstrating quality, and effectively communicating features and benefits
• Actively generate new prospects through marketing, community outreach, and follow-up activities while managing an existing customer base
• Guide buyers through every step of the process, from qualifying and financing to contract signing and closing, with clear communication and enthusiasm
• Maintain strong, service-oriented relationships with customers, Realtors, and internal team members throughout the building and buying process
• Oversee model home presentation, community appearance, and sales materials to ensure a professional and welcoming environment
• Collaborate closely with Construction Managers, Loan Officers, and the Closing Coordinator

• 2 or more years of new home sales experience required
• Availability to work weekends, some holidays, and flexible hours to meet customer needs
• Knowledge of financing, mortgages, and the construction process
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for helping people achieve homeownership
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills with the ability to create excitement and urgency
• Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to juggle multiple priorities and work independently
• A high level of professionalism, integrity, and resilience when facing challenges or rejection
