The Opportunity

Join JLL's dynamic Leasing team as a Sales Coordinator and become the operational backbone of high-performing commercial real estate professionals. What You'll Do

Drive Business Operations

  • Synthesize market intelligence into compelling client deliverables—including market surveys, tour books, and competitive analyses—using AI-powered research tools to accelerate insights and identify trends
  • Prepare critical deal documents such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Letters of Intent (LOIs), renewal letters, and leasing status reports with precision and speed
  • Maintain and optimize our CRM database, leveraging AI analytics to uncover prospect patterns, track deal pipelines, and generate predictive insights for the brokerage team

Power Marketing & Client Engagement

  • Manage property listings across CoStar, LoopNet, View the Space, and Hightower, ensuring accuracy and maximum visibility
  • Create visually striking marketing materials—flyers, brochures, presentations, and email campaigns—enhanced with AI-assisted design and content generation tools
  • Support the planning and execution of client events, industry functions, and property open houses that strengthen relationships and drive business development

Manage Financial Coordination

  • Serve as the primary liaison between brokers and the accounting department, ensuring seamless deal file processing and documentation flow
  • Collect, organize, and submit deal paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Calculate, generate, and track invoices using JLL's accounting platform, maintaining clear communication between all parties
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and payment status, keeping brokers informed of financial milestones throughout the transaction lifecycle

Leverage Technology & Innovation

  • Deploy generative AI tools to streamline document creation, data analysis, and presentation development
  • Use machine learning-enhanced platforms to identify market trends and automate routine research tasks
  • Continuously explore emerging technologies to improve team efficiency and client deliverables

Provide Strategic Administrative Support

  • Coordinate complex schedules, manage meeting logistics, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, demonstrating professionalism and hospitality
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for brokers, ensuring technology works seamlessly

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of professional experience supporting multiple executives or team members, preferably in commercial real estate, professional services, or a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis
  • Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate and eagerness to build expertise in the industry
  • Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking capacity
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to interact confidently with clients and senior professionals
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and professional development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or industry-specific automation platforms
  • Project management capabilities, including the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong proofreading and editing abilities
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Eagerness to embrace new technologies and continuously improve processes
