Overview

Angle Health is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our fast-growing Commercial Team. This role serves as the entry point for all RFP activity within an assigned region and is a critical support partner to the Regional Vice President and assigned Benefit Consultants.

The Sales Coordinator works directly with Angle Health’s distribution partners—including brokers, benefit consultants, agents, and General Agencies (GAs)—to ensure a fast, accurate, and high-quality sales experience. This is an ideal role for someone with 1–2 years of experience in group benefits or health insurance who is highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable operating in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary intake and coordination point for all RFPs within an assigned region

Directly support the Regional Vice President and Benefit Consultants

Work closely with brokers, benefit consultants, agents, and General Agencies as the day-to-day sales support contact

  • Manage high volumes of emails, RFPs, and inbound partner requests

  • Coordinate census data, RFP documentation, and proposal workflows

  • Ensure accurate and timely opportunity entry and updates in internal systems

  • Track deal progress, deadlines, and outstanding requirements

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners

  • Assist with sales operations, reporting, and continuous process improvement

  • Help ensure a consistent, responsive experience for all distribution partners

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in group benefits, health insurance, or a related field

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a region

  • Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable handling high volumes of RFPs, emails, and partner communications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable using technology, CRMs, and productivity tools

  • General understanding of health insurance and employer-sponsored benefits

Preferred:

Experience on the carrier side of the business

Experience in a marketing role at a benefits agency (marketing groups to carriers)

  • Familiarity with broker / GA distribution models

Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
