The Sales & Customer Success Representative engages potential leads and manages existing client relationships through proactive communication, ensuring satisfaction and addressing issues.
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and communication-driven Sales & Customer Success Representative based in the United States to support both new business outreach and ongoing client success.
This role is responsible for actively engaging potential leads through cold calling, email, and text outreach, following up consistently, and helping move opportunities forward through clear and professional communication. In parallel, this person will manage communication with existing clients, maintain strong relationships, regularly check in to ensure satisfaction, identify any issues early, and help resolve concerns quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential leads via phone, email, and text
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain organized communication
- Qualify opportunities and coordinate next steps with internal team members
- Manage day-to-day communication with existing clients
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure clients are satisfied and supported
- Identify, communicate, and help resolve client issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, updates, and follow-ups
- Act as a reliable point of contact between prospects, clients, and internal teams
