  • Pipeline Management & Qualification: Oversee team efforts to qualify leads, ensuring high-quality opportunities are passed to Account Executives while maintaining a personal responsibility for a portion of the team's pipeline goals.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine SDR strategies, scripts, tools, and workflows (e.g., integrating AI-assisted prospecting); track KPIs and report on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing for aligned campaigns, sales for smooth handoffs, and leadership on forecasting; schedule demos/meetings and ensure effective follow-up.
  • Performance & Targets: Hold the team accountable to lead generation, qualification, and pipeline goals while personally contributing to overall revenue targets through direct outreach.
  • Market Insights: Conduct research on key segments (e.g., SMBs, enterprises, high-risk verticals) and share cybersecurity thought leadership to build relationships and educate prospects.
 What you’ll bring
  • 3+ years of proven experience in SDR/BDR roles, ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS/Tech, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • 1+ years in sales leadership, team coaching, or mentoring (player-coach experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and hold a team accountable while thriving in hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging C-suite executives on cybersecurity challenges.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot) and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach).
  • Data-driven mindset: Experience analyzing metrics, optimizing processes, and reporting on pipeline health.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote-first environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Bonus if you have
