VIDIZMO is hiring a Sales Development Representative to build new pipeline with various US organizations. You'll call and message decision-makers every day, qualify real needs and book meetings for our account team. Some deals come direct and some through our channel partners. AI tools help you research, prepare and follow up, and you own the result.

About VIDIZMO

VIDIZMO is an AI software company in Tysons, Virginia, founded in 2009. Our products are Nexus, AI Intelligence Hub, AI Live Insight and Redactor. They help organizations store, search, analyze, redact and share video, audio, images, documents and text.

More than 100 organizations use VIDIZMO in production, in public safety and justice, government, healthcare, financial services, education, legal, manufacturing and energy. Many run it on-premises, air-gapped or in FedRAMP High environments, on an architecture aligned with the CJIS Security Policy. We're ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Data & AI and an NVIDIA Inception partner. Customers buy through GSA, Carahsoft and state and cooperative contracts.

What you'll do

  • Make outbound calls to US prospects and partners from a prioritized list, with at least two hours of live conversations a day.
  • Run multi-touch outreach by phone, email and LinkedIn.
  • Find the right decision-maker, confirm a real need and book the meeting.
  • Hand each qualified opportunity to the account team with a clear written summary.
  • Register partner deals the day you find them.
  • Log every call, email and meeting in HubSpot the same day.
  • Use Claude or a similar AI assistant daily for research, call prep, outreach drafts and follow-up, and check everything it produces.
  • Hit weekly and monthly targets for conversations, meetings booked and pipeline created.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years as an SDR or BDR at a SaaS or software company, selling to US buyers.
  • A quota you carried for meetings or pipeline, with numbers you can explain.
  • Regular outbound cold calling, not only inbound or account management.
  • Bachelor's degree from a US college or university, in any field.
  • Clear, confident spoken and written English.
  • Hands-on use of a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or ZoomInfo.
  • A LinkedIn profile that matches your resume. Please include the link.
  • Current US residence and permission to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Full-time focus: no freelance, contract or consulting work, and no business of your own on the side.

Nice to have

  • Selling to government, public safety, legal or healthcare buyers.
  • Experience working with channel partners or resellers on deals.
  • An example of routine work you automated with AI, such as a reusable prompt, a Claude Project or a simple script.

How to apply

Apply with your resume and LinkedIn link and answer the short questions. Please tell us, in your own words, about the best meeting you booked and how you got it. We read every answer, and generic or AI-written answers won't move forward.

VIDIZMO is an equal opportunity employer.
