Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to act as the engine of our growth. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for identifying high-potential leads and sparking interest in our solutions. This is a high-impact position designed for an ambitious professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build a career in professional B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential customers through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess their business needs to determine fit for the company’s solutions.
  • Schedule high-quality discovery calls and demonstrations for Account Executives.
  • Maintain a clean and organized pipeline within the CRM to ensure efficient lead management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales development, business development, or lead generation role.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly.
  • A resilient and proactive mindset with a "hunter" mentality toward prospecting.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of daily activities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented sales environment.
  • Prior experience in the B2B SaaS or Technology industries.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or outreach automation platforms.
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding performance targets in a metrics-driven environment.
