Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in outbound sales to support outbound lead generation and pipeline growth.

This is a remote SDR role requiring availability during East Coast (EST) business hours, focused on engaging decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify and engage potential clients in need of marketing services
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Research target accounts and tailor outreach messaging
  • Build and maintain a pipeline using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns
  • Track and report on outreach performance and KPIs
  • Consistently meet and exceed targets (meetings booked, pipeline generated)

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in customer-facing roles, or lead generation
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (paid ads, SEO, social media, etc.)
  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Ability to work East Coast (EST) hours
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely
  • Experience selling marketing services or SaaS solutions is a plus
