We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with solid experience in finance or financial services sales. As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in growing the sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients in the financial sector. You will focus on generating new business opportunities and connecting with key decision-makers to drive revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and outbound prospecting via emails and social media to generate qualified leads in the financial services industry.
- Set up meetings with financial advisors, wealth managers, CFOs, and other decision-makers within the finance space.
- Understand the specific needs and challenges of financial clients and communicate how our solutions can address them.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and update CRM records with accurate client information.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
- Meet and exceed monthly quotas for meetings set and qualified leads generated.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales, specifically in finance or financial services sales.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and industry trends, with the ability to have meaningful conversations with financial professionals.
- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive, client-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales outreach tools.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling financial software, fintech solutions, or working in wealth management or investment firms.
- Understanding regulations and compliance issues in the financial industry is a plus.
- Ability to quickly understand complex financial products and articulate their value to potential clients.
- Demonstrated success in a remote sales role.
