Sales Development Representative (Remote)

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Make outbound calls using power/parallel dialing systems.
- Leave curated voicemails and follow up with prospective clients.
- Qualify business owners and capital-group prospects.
- Schedule appointments with qualified prospects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through consistent follow-up.
- Escalate qualified opportunities to Account Executives or senior team members.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and lead status using Salesforce.
- Utilize omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems to manage prospect engagement.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative, Appointment Setter, or similar outbound sales role.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Experience with Dialpad or power/parallel dialing systems.
• Experience working with omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Neutral English accent (voice sample required).
• Strong prospecting, qualification, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Experience with Dialpad or power/parallel dialing systems.
• Experience working with omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems.

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (U.S. Eastern to Pacific coverage; early, late, evening, and occasional Saturday shifts may be required.)
Location: This is a remote job
Full Time Salary Package:
• $1,100/month
