As a Sales Development Representative Manager, Americas, you would contribute to our growing Americas team and business in Dallas, Texas. Your primary responsibility will be leading a team of SDRs to not only meet but beat their goals that include creating new promising pipeline opportunities, scheduling demonstrations, introducing the Silverfort solution through cold calling, and converting them into loyal customers. This role will also work closely with our Field Sales and Marketing teams to collaborate on goal setting and campaign follow-up. 

Responsibilities
  • Train your team to engage with prospects, discover needs, and manage deals through close
  • Selling across medium to larger Fortune 500 corporations within many industry verticals including: financial, technology, education and healthcare
  • Listen to SDR outbound recorded calls for training purposes 
  • Reporting on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly results of individuals and entire SDR team 
  • Manage team on a daily basis through reporting, training and daily monitoring of activity 
  • Achieve sales benchmarks for the company and meet your team’s financial goals 
  • Continually work with team to increase size of opportunities and overall pipeline for the company 
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Sales Development experience, with expertise in persuasiveness and negotiation 
  • 2+ years of strong leadership skills that has led to team success and overachieving goals 
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred 
  • In local Dallas office Tuesday- Thursday
