You will play a critical role at the top of the sales funnel, working closely with Marketing and Account Executives to build relationships with high-intent prospects and ensure a seamless lead-handoff.

A key part of this role involves researching each lead before outreach to understand their company, role, and potential needs. You must be curious and thorough, as this research directly impacts your ability to connect meaningfully. • Consultative Conversations
Lead value-driven conversations to uncover pain points, build trust, and qualify prospects effectively.
KPI: Number of discovery calls booked
  • Event & Conference Representation
Represent Solutions METRIX at 1–2 conferences or trade shows per quarter across North America. Manage the booth professionally, qualify visitors, and secure follow-up meetings on-site.
KPI: Number of qualified leads, meetings booked, post-event conversion rate.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing and AEs to ensure lead alignment, provide feedback, and maintain high-quality handoffs.
    KPI: Feedback frequency
  • Reporting & CRM Accuracy
Log activities and lead data in CRM. Share weekly performance updates and actionable insights with the Sales Director.
KPI: CRM data quality, report accuracy

Qualifications

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in B2B tech sales and/or Professional Services
  • Strong research skills and a genuine curiosity about your prospects
  • Proven ability to write clear, engaging, and personalized outreach messages

  • Enjoy testing new ideas and learning from outcomes
  • Comfortable using CRM tools
  • Familiarity with sales outreach frameworks is an asset
