What's the Job?

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your focus will be on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new leads to grow our sales pipeline. You’ll play a critical role in the early stages of the sales cycle—initiating conversations with potential customers, understanding their needs, and setting up meetings for Business Development Executives. Your role blends research, outreach, and communication to build connections and open doors to new business.

You’ll work closely with a global team of Business Development Executives and Sales Development Representatives, and report directly to the Head of New Business. At a broader level, you’ll be part of the Sales department, led by our VP of Sales.

With offices in Germany and Finland and colleagues around the world, you'll be part of a globally connected team—this position is fully remote, based in the US, preferably on the East Coast to benefit from easier collaboration across time zones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own outbound lead generation, in collaboration with Marketing
  • Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads through early-stage engagement
  • Plan and execute Sales campaigns together with your team members
  • Build and manage your lead pipeline with clean CRM practices
  • After a successful qualification, arrange discovery Meetings for other sales team members
What we are looking for
  • 6+ months experience in a similar position is preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus
  • Experience in software or developer tools sales is a strong advantage
  • Experience or strong understanding of software development processes, developer tools, or modern web technologies is a strong advantage
  • Team player with excellent communication, organizational, analytical and time management skills
  • Result-oriented mindset, critical thinking, and persistence are key to succeeding in this role
  • Native-level English skills (written and spoken)
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
We offer you
  • The opportunity to be part of an exciting growth journey at an international tech company making a global impact
  • A dynamic and supportive team that values autonomy, initiative, and continuous learning
  • A role with clear growth paths — whether toward Account Executive or Customer Success
  • Strong support for your well-being and professional development, with genuine flexibility
  • The freedom to work remotely and choose the tools and setup that help you do your best work

Join our innovative, easy-going culture that values exploration and smart solutions.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and interviews will start immediately. The position will be filled as soon as we find the right candidate—so we encourage you to apply without delay.
