JJob Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR). In this role, you will be the engine of the sales pipeline, acting as the first point of contact for prospective B2B clients. You will be responsible for identifying high-value targets, initiating meaningful conversations, and qualifying opportunities to ensure a robust sales funnel. This is an ideal position for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at high-volume outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Master our sales stack—including Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator—to build and manage lead lists.
  • Qualify leads through discovery calls to determine fit and pain points.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all activities and lead statuses within the CRM.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a B2B sales or lead generation role.
  • Experience managing high call volumes (80+ daily) and maintaining a consistent activity pace.
  • Technical proficiency with modern sales tools, specifically Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle objections confidently.
  • A self-motivated mindset with the discipline to succeed in a fully remote environment.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Familiarity with specialized sales frameworks or closing techniques.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding monthly or quarterly quota targets.
