About the role:

As a RoofLink Sales Development Representative, you will fuel pipeline growth through prospecting leads and qualifying opportunities. You’ll conduct multi-channel outreach, (calls, texts, emails) to generate and qualify opportunities with decision makers in our ideal customer profile (residential roofing companies). You will manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads, ensuring quality meetings to hand off to the Account Executive team. You will be joining a sales team poised for expansion and growth in the roofing industry!

Role Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, telemarketing, or lead generation (SaaS experience strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency or prior experience with Salesforce and Outreach (preferred)
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and genuine passion for sales
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience tracking metrics and identifying areas for improvement
  • Experience with roofing or construction (preferred)
  • Flexible: Changing direction and multi tasking comes easy to you
  • People Oriented: You have a positive attitude & love helping others
  • Team Player: Willing to get your hands dirty and make things better
  • Operationally focused: You have stellar priority management and coordination skills & know why details matter

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting via calls, emails, texts and social media outreach to generate leads
  • Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers within potential client organizations
  • Schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives including proper hand off and tracking
  • Research target accounts to identify new sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records in Salesforce
