WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN FUTURE SDR or BDR HIRES
We regularly seek professionals with:
- Experience in inbound and/or outbound lead generation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across email, phone, and social platforms
- Ability to identify decision-makers and tailor messaging to specific needs
- High energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team
- Resilience and follow-through in driving interest and booking qualified meetings

WHO YOU ARE
- Goal-oriented and motivated by individual and team achievement
- Comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
- Positive, persistent, and proactive in developing relationships and overcoming objections
- Excited to support a mission-focused organization helping K–12 schools
- Looking for a high-impact remote sales role with a path for growth
