About the Role

We're looking for a commercially-minded Sales Development Specialist to help build and execute Virtasant's go-to-market strategy.

Alongside generating qualified meetings through outbound prospecting, you'll help design, build and execute integrated campaigns across outbound, digital, events and partner channels.

You'll combine sales development, campaign execution and modern GTM technology to help build a repeatable pipeline generation engine.

What You'll Be Doing

Sales Development

  • Generate qualified meetings with enterprise prospects

  • Build and execute outbound email, LinkedIn and calling campaigns

  • Personalise outreach into strategic target accounts

  • Support Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives

  • Follow up marketing campaigns and events

  • Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene

Campaign Execution

Own campaigns from idea through to execution.

This includes:

  • Building target account lists

  • Creating outreach sequences

  • Launching campaigns

  • Coordinating with Marketing

  • Supporting executive events

  • Reporting campaign performance

Digital Demand Generation

Support digital pipeline generation by helping build and optimise:

  • LinkedIn campaigns

  • Gated content campaigns

  • Landing pages

  • Email nurture campaigns

  • Retargeting campaigns

  • A/B testing

  • Campaign reporting and optimisation

GTM Operations

Own and optimize our GTM technology stack.

Including:

  • Apollo

  • ZoomInfo

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Dripify

  • CRM

  • AI tools

  • Automation workflows

  • Data enrichment

Innovation

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious.

You'll be expected to:

  • Research how leading SaaS companies generate pipeline

  • Bring new campaign ideas to the team

  • Use AI to improve productivity and campaign execution

  • Recommend new GTM technologies

  • Build repeatable playbooks

  • Continuously improve how we go to market

About You

You'll probably have experience in some of the following:

  • SDR / BDR

  • Demand Generation

  • Growth Marketing

  • Campaign Management

  • GTM Operations

You don't need experience across everything, but you'll be excited to learn.

Experience

Essential

  • Experience in B2B SaaS

  • Enterprise outbound prospecting

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Apollo (or similar sequencing platform)

  • CRM experience

  • Strong written communication

  • Curious mindset

  • Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work

Desirable

  • LinkedIn Ads

  • Google Ads
