Manage outbound prospecting for small home-service businesses via cold calls and email, qualify leads, book meetings for Account Executives, use Salesforce and SalesLoft, handle objections, build relationships, and contribute to sales growth in an in-office Dallas environment.
FieldPulse is a fun, dedicated, and growing team that is building modern applications for small home service businesses (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, specialty contractors, etc.) to help organize and run their business operations.
As a member of the FieldPulse SDR Team, you'll be a crucial component of the sales process, making a direct contribution to our success. You'll manage the outbound sales process, reaching out to learn more about potential customers’ businesses and qualifying new opportunities. We're looking for someone who can engage with prospects and customers, understand their business, and stay organized.
Where You'll Work:
- Full-time, in-office at our headquarters in Dallas, TX.
- You’ll be right in the heart of the action, surrounded by a team of passionate, high-energy individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Work directly with Account Executives and report to the Business Development Manager
- Make 80-100 calls per day
- Book qualified meetings for the AEs every week
- Ensure timely and effective communication to drive successful conversions and contribute to overall sales growth
- Work with SalesForce, SalesLoft, and other various SAAS sales tools
- Utilize SalesForce/Salesloft, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities. Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
