  • Develop a strong understanding of Application Security, DevSecOps, and the software development lifecycle to effectively communicate OX Security's value proposition.
  • Continuously improve your prospecting approach by testing new ideas, learning from feedback, and sharing best practices across the team.

  • Confidence and enthusiasm for outbound prospecting and cold calling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior technical stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, coachable, and resilient.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong sense of ownership.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to Security, DevOps, Engineering, or IT personas.
  • Familiarity with Application Security, DevSecOps, SDLC, or broader cybersecurity concepts.
  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms.
  • Experience with sales engagement and prospecting tools such as Amplemarket, Clay, Lusha, or similar platforms.
  • A creative, marketing-minded approach to outbound prospecting and campaign development.

Compensation & Benefits

  • OTE: $80,000–$120,000 (Base + Variable)
  • Competitive equity package.
  • Comprehensive health benefits.
  • Unlimited PTO.
  • Opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing companies in Application Security and make a direct impact on our growth from day one.
