We are hiring an SDR who opens doors, starts sharp conversations, and creates qualified pipeline for our AEs.
Where You Will Work
You will spend 3 days per week in our downtown Austin office in the historic Littlefield Building, with the remaining days for focused work. We value time together for coaching, collaboration, and learning from one another. We also operate globally with teams in the UK, Denmark, Germany, and Australia.
What You Will Do
- Book qualified first meetings for our Account Executives across public and private sectors
- Run thoughtful multi-channel outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn that speaks to real problems customers care about: accessibility, AI, UX, performance, and compliance
- Research accounts, personalise messages, and ask clear discovery questions to uncover need and urgency
- Keep your pipeline clean in Salesforce and partner closely with Marketing on targeted campaigns
- Communicate customer outcomes simply and confidently
About You
- 1+ years’ experience as an SDR or BDR in SaaS or a similar environment, consistently hitting or exceeding targets
- Organized, coachable, and comfortable with modern sales tools, Salesforce experience is a plus
- Confident on the phone, crisp in writing, and strong at building rapport quickly
- Resilient, competitive, and motivated by clear targets and career growth
- You have a legal right to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, you are fluent in English, and you can commute to our Austin office three days per week
Compensation
- Compensation Range: $75K - $125K
