About Archy

Smile! Those teeth you are showing deserve the best care you can give them, yet the status quo of the software your dentist uses today is outdated.

Archy is a Series C vertical SaaS solution revolutionizing the dental practice management space — giving dental providers AI agents and software that lets them do what they do best (be dentists!) while we handle the more technical sides of running their practice business.

Job Description:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by generating new leads and qualifying potential prospects across the country. This is a full-time remote role designed for a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

While your primary focus will be high-volume outbound dialing and digital prospecting, you will also collaborate closely with our broader team to execute multi-channel campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a high-impact sales career in health-tech while serving as a key driver for Archy's national growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Lead Generation (Primary Focus): Drive top-of-funnel growth by executing daily high-volume phone calls, targeted cold outreach, and multi-touch email cadences to doctors and practice office managers.

  • Marketing Partnership: Partner with our Marketing team to follow up on multi-channel campaign leads, digital inquiries, and promotional collateral touchpoints within specific timeframes.

  • Qualify Prospects: Identify pain points in existing practice workflows, articulate the value of Archy’s cloud-based platform, and schedule product demonstrations for Sales Executives.

  • Leverage Modern Sales Tech & AI: Utilize AI tools and automation to accelerate prospecting, refine messaging, and increase daily outreach efficiency.

  • Remote Collaboration: Actively engage with the sales team through virtual huddles, team power-dials, and ongoing feedback sessions.

  • Surpass Performance Goals: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly activity, phone dial, and demo-booked KPIs.

Job Requirements:

  • Work Environment: Based in the US with a dedicated remote home office setup optimized for high-volume phone outreach.

  • Outbound Drive: High energy and comfort with heavy outbound phone calls as the primary channel for customer acquisition.

  • Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage busy decision-makers.

  • Adaptable & Coachable: Strong work ethic with a growth mindset—eager to receive real-time feedback and continuously improve.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable adopting AI tools, modern CRMs, and sales automation into your daily workflow to work faster and smarter.

  • Experience (Preferred): 1+ years of B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or SDR experience (healthcare or SaaS experience is a bonus, but not required).

  • Travel: Occasional travel for company offsites, team events, or industry conferences as needed.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and equity (this role will also be eligible for sales commission)

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) plan

  • Flexible vacation policy

  • Remote-friendly culture
