About the company

Our client is a financial services company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Drive outbound prospecting aimed at senior finance leaders and founders, owning a pipeline from first outreach through signed revenue. You will craft targeted messaging, run your own prospecting experiments, and help shape the sales playbook as the team grows.

What you'll do

- Run top-of-funnel outbound to finance executives and founders through email sequences and LinkedIn messaging.

- Own your pipeline and work toward an annual revenue quota rather than an activity-based target.

- Partner with account executives, sales leadership and technical growth colleagues to convert promising prospects into lasting clients.

- Write concise, specific messaging and email campaigns that resonate with senior decision makers.

- Take outbound experiments from initial idea to a repeatable process, using automation and AI tools to build prospect lists and your own workflows.

- Iterate on outreach cadences and copy, tracking how well each step moves prospects toward a signed deal.

- Help document the sales playbook as the company matures beyond founder-led selling.

- Sales experience at a high-growth technology company, or a degree from a top-tier university if work history is limited.

- Bachelor's degree from a strong university, or a standout accomplishment elsewhere such as time at a leading employer or notable leadership outside the classroom.

- A disciplined, curious, hard-working mindset and readiness for early-stage startup hours.

- Evidence of excellence, such as varsity athletics, competitive debate leadership or similar achievements.

- Strong writing and communication skills, including campaign copy and point-of-view content.

- A confident, customer-facing presence and high emotional intelligence when engaging founders and operators.

- Ability to work hybrid from one of the listed cities.

- No tax or accounting background required; curiosity and willingness to learn matter most.

Bonus points

- Experience at a big tech or high-growth technology company.

- Founder or entrepreneurial background.
