Your Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, fueling Redgate’s growth by qualifying leads and booking meetings for Account Executives. This is your gateway to a rewarding career in tech sales with a clear path to progression.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive pipeline by engaging warm leads and strategic prospects.

  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns using Salesforce and Groove.

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives in the AMER region.

  • Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and introducing solutions.

  • Collaborate with your team to exceed goals and celebrate wins.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles with a focus on influencing outcomes.

  • A strong desire to build a career in tech sales, with the motivation to learn and grow quickly.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage prospects confidently.

  • A positive, resilient mindset and a collaborative, team-first attitude.

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger).

  • Basic understanding of databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).

  • Comfort with tools like Office 365, Salesforce, and Groove.

Salary

  • The salary on offer for this role is $55,000-$65,000 + OTE , base paid as an hourly rate
