The Role

This is a critical role on an early-stage go-to-market team. You will be instrumental in building and executing our outbound sales strategy, specifically targeting enterprise security leaders. As an early team member, your direct input on messaging and process will help us set a sustainable, repeatable standard for sales excellence as we grow rapidly.

What You’ll Do
  • Launch high-impact, targeted outbound campaigns to connect with security decision-makers at target accounts.

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads quickly and efficiently, moving strong candidates into the sales pipeline.

  • Utilize modern, AI-powered sales tools to research accounts, identify key contacts, and personalize outreach.

  • Contribute to a tight feedback-loop between sales, marketing, and product to ensure our positioning and product roadmap remain aligned with customer needs.

  • Contribute directly to the scaling of our sales playbook by identifying and implementing process improvements.

What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar prospecting role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • A practical understanding of the security or technical buyer. Experience connecting with CISOs, VPs of Security, or Security Operations Managers is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of how artificial intelligence (AI) is being applied within Security Operations teams. Bonus: Familiarity with how Security Operations teams utilize Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs).

  • Familiarity with standard sales technology (CRM, outreach platforms) and an interest in leveraging new AI-powered tools to increase efficiency.

  • A track record of success in meeting or exceeding pipeline generation targets.
