Job Description:

Your new career in healthcare technology sales begins here! Utilize your confidence, grit, and determination to connect with prospects and grow the organization’s new business pipeline. In this role, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, conducting high-volume cold calls to engage healthcare professionals, introduce our solutions, and create opportunities for our sales team. Your goal is to spark interest, set up meetings, and contribute to the growth of our customer base.  

What You'll Do:  

  • Cold Calling & Outreach - Make a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily to engage healthcare decision-makers  

  •  Lead Qualification – Identify potential customers, identify problems we can solve, and qualify prospects based on fit and needs, and schedule meetings for the sales team 

  • Product Education – Clearly communicate the value proposition of our healthcare tech solutions and address common objections 

  • CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of all outreach efforts, conversations, and lead progress in Salesforce 

  • Collaboration – Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies 

  • Follow-ups & Nurturing – Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and keep them engaged throughout the sales funnel 

  • Market Research – Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to tailor outreach efforts effectively 

What You'll Bring:   

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Must be located within Eastern or Central time zones

  • Ability to demonstrate robust knowledge of and passion for sales   

  • Confident, strong and energetic phone presence to engage prospects and peak interest  

  • Persistence and resilience to handle objections and rejection, as well as meet goals 

  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 

Nice to Have:   

  • Previous experience in sales or business development  

  • Cold outreach experience
